Art & Grind and Sound of Bri have teamed up to create an immersive evening combining the healing powers of sound and self expression through art based on two main core beliefs:
•Art gives our soul and emotions a voice
•Art heals and makes lives more beautiful

During a sound bath, the vibrational frequencies created by the gong, crystal singing bowls and koshi chimes take you on a journey in to your subconscious mind - allowing you to access depths of your mind you might not know existed. 

With the help of some conscious breathing and by creating visualisations you'll feel your mind and physical body relax and heart open to the experience. You'll find yourself drifting between an awake and asleep state - it's in this dreamy state that you can recieve messages from your subconscious mind in the form of images, thoughts and feelings. By accessing your subconscious in this way you are able to unlock, cleans and release both positive and negative thought patterns and emotions. 

It can sometimes be hard to put your experience in to words so we've created an evening for you to express your sound journey through art, whether it be painting, drawing, sculpting, poetry.. **Pick up a brush, pen or other tool and explore your own artistic journey, unlocking hidden talents you may have never known existed now.
